不同基质对水黄皮和银叶树幼苗生长及生理生化指标的影响

         

摘要

[目的]研究不同基质对半红树植物水黄皮(Pongamia pinnata)和银叶树(Heritiera littoralis)生长及生理生化指标的影响.[方法]试验设4种基质处理,分别为黄心土、黄心土:沙子:复合肥=200:200:1、黄心土:沙子:基肥=200:200:1、黄心土:沙子:火烧土=4.5:4.5:1.调查指标包括生长量、生物量、光合速率及生理生化指标.[结果]水黄皮在基质为黄心土:沙子:基肥=200:200:1时生长较好,银叶树在基质为黄心土:沙子:基肥=200:200:1、黄心土:沙子:火烧土=4.5:4.5:1、黄心土:沙子:复合肥=200:200:1时生长均较好,2种半红树植物在黄心土中生长均较差.[结论]该研究可为今后半红树植物的育苗造林提供理论依据和技术支持.%[ Objective ] The aim was to study different substrates on seedling growth and physiological and biochemical indices of two semi-mangroves plants of P. pinnata and H. littoralis. [ Method ] Four kinds of substrates treatments,yellow .soil,yellow soil∶ sand∶ fertilizer = 200∶ 200∶ 1,yellow soil∶ sand∶ basal =200∶ 200∶1 ,yellow soil∶ sand∶ fire soil =4.5∶4.5∶ 1 ,were designed. The investigation indices were growth,biomass,photosynthetic rate and physiological and biochemical indices. [ Result] The appropriate substrate of Pongamia pinnata was yellow soil∶ sand∶ basal = 200∶ 200∶ 1. The appropriate substrates of Heritiera littoralis were yellow soil∶ sand∶ basal =200∶ 200∶1 ,yellow soil∶ sand∶ fertilizer =200∶ 200∶1 and yellow soil∶ sand∶ fire soil =4.5∶ 4.5∶ 1. The yellow soil was not suitable for the two kinds of semi - mangroves plants. [ Conclusion] The study can provide theory basis and technology support for future introduction and seedling of the semi - mangrove.
