超临界CO2萃取大黄蒽醌类成分工艺的优化

         

摘要

[Objective ] To optimize the supereritical CO2 extraction processes of free anthraquinones from Rheuan palmatum L. , so as to provide reference for the exploration of new extraction process for traditional Chinese medicine. [ Method] The extraction conditions were optimized with the orthogonal test based on single factor test. [ Result ] The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: static extraction duration of 30 min,dynamic extraction duration of 15 min,absolute ethanol dosage of 2.0 mi, extraction temperature of 50 ℃, extraction pressure of 30 Mpa and CO2 flow rate of 6 ml/min. The yield of free anthraquinones from Rheum palmatum L. reached as high as 1.12% under the optimal extraction conditions. [ Conclusion]The optimum extraction conditions were obtained in this study,which provides reference for the exploration of new extraction process for traditional Chinese medicine.%[目的]优化超临界CO技术萃取大黄游离蒽醌类成分的工艺,为探索中药有效成分提取新工艺提供参考.[方法]采用单因素试验和正交试验优化超临界CO技术萃取大黄游离蒽醌的工艺.[结果]最佳萃取条件为:静萃取时间为30 min,动萃取时间为15 min,夹带剂无水乙醇用量为2.0 ml,萃取温度为50℃,萃取压力为30 MPa,CO流量为6 ml/min.在最佳萃取条件下大黄游离蒽醌类成分的提取率为1.12%.[结论]得到超临界CO萃取大黄游离葱醌类成分的最佳工艺,为探索中药有效成分提取新工艺提供了参考.
