不同育苗基质及播种时间对洋葱出苗及幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

[目的]选出洋葱育苗的最佳基质配比和播种时间.[方法]在柴达木地区,研究不同育苗基质和播种时间对洋葱出苗率及壮苗指标的影响.[结果]50%泥炭+50%菇渣和50%珍珠岩+50%菇渣基质的孔隙大,洋葱出苗率最好;育苗播种越晚,温室内温度高,洋葱出苗率高;50%泥炭+50%菇渣和50%蛭石+50%菇渣基质的孔隙度、氧气和水分适中,利于洋葱苗高增加、假茎增粗、植株干重增重;洋葱育苗播种早,虽然生长时间长,但温度低,洋葱苗高增高、假茎增粗、植株干重增重慢.[结论]50%泥炭+50%菇渣和50%珍珠岩+50%菇渣配比在3月4日播种可作为洋葱育苗基质配比及播种时间的首选.%[ Objective ] The research aimed to select the optimum medium and sowing time of onion seedling culture. [ Method ] In Qaidam area, the influences of different culture media and sowing times on the onion seeding emergence ratio and sound seedling indexes were studied.[ Result] For the pore spaces of 50% peat + 50% mushroom residue and 50% pearl stone + 50% mushroom residue were big, the seeding emergence ratio of onion was the best. When the sowing time was later, the temperature in the greenhouse was high, and the seeding emergence ratio of onion was high. The pore spaces, oxygen and water of 50% peat + 50% mushroom residue and 50% vermiculite + 50% mushroom residue were moderate, which was favorable for the increase of onion seedling height, the thickening of cauloid, the increment of plant dry weight. When the sowing time was early, although the growth time was long, the temperature was low, and the increase of onion seedling height, the thickening of cauloid, the increment of plant dry weight were slow. [ Conclusion] 50% peat + 50% mushroom residue,50% pearl stone + 50% mushroom residue and March 4 were respectively the first choices of medium and sowing time in the onion seeding culture process.
