壳聚糖对红掌叶部某致病菌的抑制作用研究

         

摘要

[目的]研究壳聚糖对红掌叶部某致病菌的抑制作用.[方法]对红掌叶部某致病菌进行了分离、纯化及鏊定,并探究了不同分子量、不同浓度的壳聚糖对该致病菌抑制作用效果的影响.[结果]该致病菌初步鉴定归为半知菌亚门(Deuteromycotina)、丝孢纲(Hyphomycetes)、丝孢目(Hyphomycetales)、暗色孢科(Dematiaceae)、链格孢属(Alternaria)、芸苔生交链孢(A.brassiciola).壳聚糖对该致病菌具有一定的抑制作用,且抑制作用随浓度增大而增大,其中150 000分子量壳聚糖的抑菌效果最好,抑菌率在第2天达到最大值(86.56%).[结论]壳聚糖在花卉病害防治方面具有良好的应用价值.%[ Objective] The aim was to study the inhabition of chitosan against the pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum. [ Method] The pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum was isolated, purified and identified. Inhibition effects of different molecular weight and different concentrations of chitosan on the pathogen were preliminarily explored. [ Result ] The pathogen was preliminarily identified to be Deuteromycotina, Hyphomycetes, Hyphomycetales, Dematiaceae, Alternaria, A. brassiciola. Chitosan had a certain inhibition effect on the pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum, and the higher concentrations of chitosan showed a bettet inhibition effect than that of lower ones. 150 000 had the best inhibition effect in the following three kinds of molecular weight 3 000, 50 000 and 150 000, and its inhibition ratio achieved the maximum (86.56%) in the second day. [ Conclusion] Chitosan has good application value in the disease prevention and treatment of flower.
