非离子表面活性剂OP-10浊点的影响因素研究

         

摘要

[目的]研究各类醇、有机酸、聚合物时非离子表面活性剂 OP-10 浊点的影响.[方法]采用目测法观察水溶液浊点的变化.[结果]OP-10 水溶液的浊点随浓度的升高而降低.在较高浓度范围内,对大部分醇而言,体系浊点的变化与其浓度不呈线性关系.醇的结构对浊点影响较大,碳链短的醇使浊点升高,碳链长的醇则使浊点降低;多元醇随其羟基数目的增多将引起水溶液的浊点下降;所选择的有机酸均能提高溶液的浊点;聚合物的加入对体系浊点的影响不大.[结论]该研究为配制微乳剂提供了参考依据.%[ Objective ] The effects of various alcohols, organic acids and polymers on the cloud point of nonionic surfactant OP-10 were investigated. [ Method] The change of the solution cloud point was observed by visual method. [ Results ] The cloud point of OP-10 decreased with the rising of its concentration. A linear relationship wasn' t observed between the cloud point difference and the concentration of most alcohols at comparatively high concentration. The structure of alcohols had a great impact on the cloud point. The cloud point increased when the carbon chain of alcohols was short,and vice versa; with the increase in the number of its hydroxyl groups,polyols would cause the decline in the cloud point of aqueous solution. All the selected organic acids could improve the cloud point; the addition of polymers had little impact on it. [ Conclusion] The study provided reference for the preparation of microemulsion.
