金针菇多糖提取最佳工艺探讨研究

         

摘要

[目的]探讨金针菇子实体多糖的提取条件.[方法]采用热水浸提法,通过正交设计,考察浸提料液比、温度、提取时间、提取pH值等因素对金针菇多糖提取率的影响.[结果]多糖提取条件因素的影响主次顺序为浸提时间>料液比>浸提温度>浸提pH值.金针菇多糖的最佳提取条件为提取料液比1:30,提取时间2 h,提取温度90℃,浸提pH值6.0.此条件下多糖得率1.58%.[结论]此提取工艺参数可以为工业化生产提供科学依据.%[ Objective ] The extracting condition of the polysaccharide from Flammulina velutiprs was experimented. [ Method ] The effect of the ratio of material to liquid, the temperature, the extraction time, the pH value of the solution on the yield of polysaccharide, extracted with the method of hot water extraction, were analyzed by means of the orthogonal test. [ Results] The order of the factor affect the yield of polysaccharide was the extraction time > the ratio of material to liquid > the temperature > the pH value of the solution. The best extracting condition of the polysaccharide from Flammulina velutiprs was the ratio of material to liquid was 1:30, the temperature was 90 ℃, the extraction time was 2 hours and the pH value of the solution was 6.0, under which condition, its yield was highest. [ Conclusion ] The scientific basis of the industrialization of the polysaccharide extracted from Flammulina velutiprs was provided.
