煤矸石合成P型分子筛的研究

         

摘要

以除铁以后的煤矸石为主要原料,经煅烧和碱熔后,再配料进行水热晶化,得到了P型分子筛.运用正交试验,获得了最优工艺条件为:n(SiO)/n(AlO)=3.3n(NaO)/n(SiO)=1.3,n(HO)/n(NaO)=60,在60℃老化3 h、93℃晶化7 h.产物经XRD及SEM检测,为纯净的P型分子筛.%The gangue was taken as the main material to synthesize P-type zeolite by hydrothermal crystallization after calcination and alkali melting, The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments, they were: n ( SiO2 )/n ( Al2O3 ) = 3.3, n ( Na2O )/n ( SiO2 ) =1.3, n( H2O)/n(Na2O) =60, aging at 60 ℃ for 3 h and hydrothermal crystallization at 93 ℃ for 7 h. The products were detected as pure Ptype zeolite by XRD and SEM test.
