[ Objective ] The effects of PP333 with different concentrations on height and flowering of narcissus were explored and a corresponding regulation of plant height and flowering may be achieved. [ Method ] A single-factor completely-randomized experiment was designed, inwhich the PP333 was set to 4 levels, with various concentrations of liquid immersion of Narcissus ball, and the growth, root,leaf color, flower color and fragrance and other conditions of narcissus were observed. [ Result] The experiment revealed that 20 rmg/L,30 mg/L,40 mg/L concentration of PP333 resulted into better quality flowers with compact plant type ,appropriate height,delayed flowering 1 - 13 d and extended the flowering 4-6 d. [Conclusion] The PP333 inhibited the growth of narcissus leaves and its height which contributed to thick dark green leaves,stout scape,with different degrees of delayed flowering,longer flowering time,and increased flower diameter.%[目的]探索不同浓度多效唑对水仙高度和花期的影响,实现对水仙株高和花期的调控.[方法]采用单因素完全随机试验设计,将多效唑设为5个浓度水平,用各浓度药液浸泡水仙球,观察水仙的长势、根系、叶片的颜色、花朵的色泽和香味等状况.[结果]20、30、40 mr/L浓度的多效唑处理过的水仙株型紧凑,高度适宜,延迟开花1-13d,延长花期4~6 d,开花品质较佳.[结论]多效唑对水仙叶片和花葶高度都起到了一定的抑制作用,叶片浓绿厚实,花葶粗壮,同时不同程度地推迟了始花期,延长了开花时间,花径明显增大.
