广西北热带岩溶区蚬木幼苗的光合与蒸腾特性

         

摘要

[ Objective] The aim of this paper was to study the photosynthesis and transpiration characteristics of E. hsienmu seedlings under different water conditions. [ Method ] The effect of water stress on the net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomata conduct and water use efficiency of 1 -2 -year old seedlings of E. hsienmu was studied by pot experiment. [ Result] There were significant difference in net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomata conduct and water use efficiency of the E. hsienmu seedlings under pot experiment of different water conditions. The condition of long-term water stress is decreasing the net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomata conduct of seedlings, whereas increasing the water use efficiency. [ Conclusion ] The ecological characteristics of E. hsienmu seedlings are lower photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate and higher water use efficiency, drought resistance.%[目的]研究北热带岩溶区优势树种蜆木幼苗的光合与蒸腾特性.[方法]利用野外生长正常的1~2年生蚬木实生苗,经盆栽和控水试验,研究其净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水分利用效率的变化.[结果]正常供水和长期干旱处理的幼苗,其净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水分利用效率存在极显著差异,长期干旱将显著降低净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度,提高水分利用效率.[结论]蚬木具有光合、蒸腾速率较低,水分利用效率较高,抗旱性较强的生态特性.
