The price of farm products was the base of other commodities' prices. Recently, Chinese people laid too much stress on the rise of inflation rate caused by the climb of farm products' price, but they ignored the difficulties of our country' s agricultural basic industry under the background of rising agricultural products price. Beginning with the causes of this background, the silent penetration and control of our country' s agricultural basic industry by the international capital were expounded which is represented by ADM, BUNGE, CARGILL and LOUIS DREYFUS.
