马铃薯新品种会-2脱毒原种产量与原原种大小的相关性研究

         

摘要

[目的]为经济有效地生产脱毒马铃薯原原种和提高原种繁殖量提供参考.[方法]对马铃薯新品种会-2脱毒原原种大小与原种产量及主要经济性状的相关性进行研究.[结果]脱毒马铃薯原种产量与原原种的大小存在着明显的相关关系,原种产量有随着原原种粒重的增加逐渐升高的趋势,同时,在每窝粒数、平均粒重、大中薯率3个经济性状上也存在相同趋势.原原种粒重5.0 g以上的原种产量之间的差异不显著,但与5.0 g以下的产量差异极显著;原原种粒重2.0-4.0 g的原种产量差异不显著,但与原原种粒重0.5和1.0g的差异极显著,说明1.0~5.0 g是原原种粒重经济有效的控制区间.[结论]马铃薯新品种会-2原原种的大小应控制在1.0~5.0 g.%[ Objective ] The reference for the low-cost multiplication of the breeder and original virus-free potato variety was provided.[ Method] The relationship between the multiplication yield of new virus-free original potato variety: Hui-2 and the size of its breeder's variety was researched. [ Result] There was a clear correlation between the multiplication yield of new virus-free original potato variety virus-free potato seed production and the size of its breeder' s variety. With the increment of single potato of breeder' s variety its multiplication yield was gradually increased. And also there was same trend in three agronomic c haracters: the number of breeder' s potato per hole, the average weight of breeder' s potato and the rate of size of lager breeder' s potato, as the size of single breeder' s potato. There was no significant difference between the multiplication yield of new virus-free original potato variety virus-free potato seed production and the size of its breeder' s variety when the weight of breeder' s variety potato was more than 5.0 g/each and the significant difference when the weight of breeder' s variety potato was less than 5.0 g/each. There was no significant difference between the multiplication yield of new virus-free orginal potato variety virus-free potato seed production and the size of its breeder' s variety when the weight of breeder' s variety potato was in the range of 2.0 - 4.0 g/each and significant difference when the weight of breeder' s variety potato was 1.0g/each or 5.0 g/each. It was indicated that the breeder' s variety potato the effective weight of breeder' s variety potato should be controlled in the range from 1.0 - 5.0 g/each. [ Conclusion ] The weight of breeder' s variety potato should be in the range from 1.0- 5.0 g/each.
