搅拌速度对自热式高温好氧消化养猪废水VSS减量的影响

         

摘要

[ Objective ] The study aimed to investigate the removing effect of different stirring speeds on VSS in the swine wastewater. [ Method ] The patch-type autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion process (ATAD) was used for the degradation of VSS in swine wastewater. The optimum feed sludge concn. was confirmed among 6 kinds of swine wastewater sediment concn. and the effects of 4 stirring speeds on the stabilization effect of the swine wastewater sludge and the optimum process were investigated through the determination on the indexes such as VSS, pH, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP)and temperature. [ Result ] Under the condition of same stirring speed, when the swine wastewater sediment concn. was above 35.00 g/L, the automatic rising temperature rate for the reactor was 1.5 ℃/d, exceeding the average rising temperature rate and the removing rates of VSS were all more than 40%. Among 4 groups of stirring speed, the removal rates of VSS were increased with the rising of the stirring speed, and when the stirring speed was in 210 -220 r/min, the removal rate of VSS was the biggest, reaching 51.23%. [ Conclusion ] The process parameters for the stabilization of the swine wastewater sludge were follows: the stirring concn. was 180 - 190 r/min, the aeration volume was 30 -32 L/h and the feed sludge VSS concn. was about 35.00 g/L, under which, the removal rate of VSS reached 49.92% and the average rising temperature rate was 1.82 ℃/d.%[目的]考察不同搅拌速度对养猪废液VSS的去除效果以及稳定化工艺参数.[方法]采用批式自热高温好氧消化工艺对养猪废水VSS进行降解,在6种养猪废液沉淀物浓度中,确定最佳进泥VSS浓度,通过对VSS、pH、氧化还原电位、温度等指标的测定,考察4组搅拌速度对养猪废液污泥稳定化效果的影响及最佳工艺参数.[结果]在相同搅拌速度下,养猪废液污泥浓度超过35.00g/L时,反应器自动升温速率为1.5℃/d,均超过平均升温速率,养猪废液VSS的去除率均超过40%.在4组搅拌速度中,VSS的去除率随搅拌速率的上升而增加,搅拌速度在210~220 r/min时,VSS的去除率最大,达51.23%.[结论]养猪废液污泥稳定化的工艺参数是:搅拌速度在180~190 r/min,曝气量在30~32 L/h,进泥VSS浓度为35.00g/L左右,由此,VSS的去除率为49.92%,平均升温速率1.82℃/d.
