[目的]比较不同品种鹿尾中的磷脂含量,为鹿尾的质量评定提供依据.[方法]用Folch试剂超声提取鹿尾中的磷脂,经消化后采用钼酸铵比色法测定其总磷脂含量.[结果]梅花鹿尾中磷脂平均含量为11.39 mg/g;马鹿尾中磷脂平均含量为11.85 mg/g.[结论]2种鹿尾中总磷脂含量差异不显著(P>0.05);该方法操作简单,结果准确,重现性高,可以作为鹿尾药材的质量控制方法.%[ Objective ] The research aimed to lay the foundation for the assessment of Cauda Cervi quality by comparing phospholipid content in Cauda Cervi from two different species. [ Method] Total phospholipid content of cauda cervi was first extracted by trasonic wave with folch reagent,then digested and finally determined by ammonium molybdate Colorimetry. [ Result] Phosphlipid content in Cauda Cervi of Cervus nip-pon Temminck was 11.39 mg/g while that in Cervus elaphus Linnaeus was 11. 85 mg/g. [Conclusion] Phospholipid content in Cauda Cervi between two species had no distinct differences(P>0.05) ;The established method with the character of simplify operation,accuracy result and high reproducibility, which can be effectively applied in the control of Cauda Cervi quality.
