基于经验模态分解近似熵和支持向量机的农用柴油机故障诊断

         

摘要

The slope protection is an important infrastructure for ensuring the security of embankment. In this paper, based on the analysis of defects of traditional channel slope protection and poor integrity, and combining with the example of slope protection project of Shenyang Bird island Park, the joint concrete blocks slope protection systems is preferred. Through introducing its production craft and construction craft, the practice shows that it has lots of advantages, such as integrity, construction efficiency and economic benefits and so on. It would be a good application prospect.%针对往复机械振动信号的非平稳特性和在现实条件下难以获取大量故障样本的实际情况,提出一种经验模态分解(EMD)、近似熵(ApEn)快速算法和支持向量机(SVM)相结合的机械故障诊断方法.运用经以模态分解方法对特定时段的振动信号进行分析,计算各个内禀模态函数(IMF)的近似熵,作为故障特征向量,并输入到支持向量机以判断机械的工作状态和故障类型.柴油机故障诊断试验结果表明,该方法能有效提取故障特征,在小样本情况下也具有较高的精度和较强的泛化能力,对其他机械故障的诊断具有一定借鉴意义.
