[Objective] The aim was to study the drought resistance of 6 different plants for water and soil conservation on abandoned mining land in order to screen out some plants with strong drought resistance. [ Method] Physiological and biochemical indexes of 6 plants like Platy-clatus orientalis, Ligustrum quihoui, Lespedeza bicolor, Amorpha fruticosa, Trifolium repens and Festuca arundinacea were determined, furthermore their drought resistance was evaluated comprehensively. [Result] Among the 6 kinds of plants, Platyclatus orientalis had the strongest drought resistance and adaptability; Ligustrum quihoui took the second place; and lespedeza bicolor ahd the weakest drought resistance and a-daptability. Amorpha fruticosa had the strongest adaptability among shrubs, and Festuca arundinacea had stronger adaptability among herbs. [ Conclusion] The 6 kinds of plants could be planted in abandoned mining land according to different degrees of drought resistance.%[目的]研究废弃宕口6种水土保持植物的抗旱性,以筛选抗性强的植物.[方法]选取6种在矿山植被恢复中常用植物(侧柏、紫穗槐、小叶女贞、胡枝子、高羊茅为白三叶)为材料,对其主要生理生化指标进行了分析,并综合评定了其抗旱性能.[结果]6种植物的生态适应性为:侧柏的抗旱性和适应性最强;小叶女贞其次,胡枝子最弱.灌木以紫穗槐最强,草本以高羊茅较强.[结论]根据6种植物的抗旱性强弱,可因地制宜地在废弃宕口种植.
