基于可持续发展的南疆区域农业水资源优化配置模型研究

         

摘要

为了让农民合理利用现有土地,实现南疆区域农业水资源的高效合理利用,给出了区域农业水资源的优化配置模型,并结合南疆阿克苏地区农业生产实际,建立了南疆阿克苏地区农业水资源优化配置的实证模型.对该模型求解,采用计算机搜索算法,并结合lingo 编程,在保证粮食绝对安全和相对安全(以75%为临界值)的前提下,求得优化配置后产生的经济效益相对于配置前分别增加了16.62亿和18.13亿,相对增量约为31.04%和33.86%,同时分别节水约为30.05%和29.37%,优化配置产生的效益极显著.最后给出了水资源合理利用的对策建议.%In order to using the existing land rationally for farmers , achieving the efficient & reasonable use of water resources in Southern Xinjiang, this paper gives an optimal allocation model of the regional agricultural water resources. Combined with the actual agricultural production in Aksu areas of Southern Xinjiang,the empirical optimal allocation model of the regional agricultural water resources in Aksu area of Southern Xinjiang are established. We solve the model by using the search algorithm of computer and lingo programming. Under the premise of the absolute safety and relative safety (75% is the critical value) of the food,we obtain a conclusion that the increased economic benefits are 1. 662 billion and 1.813 billion by adopting the optimal allocation method,the relative increment are about 31.04% and 33.86%. At the same time, the saving water are 30.05 % and 29 . 37 % , and the generated benefits of the optimal allocation are very significant. Finally, the countermeas-ures about rational utilization of water resources are given.
