采用292份样本数据,对合作社高管团队风险承担及其对合作社绩效的影响进行了实证研究.结果表明,高管对风险的积极态度对合作社经济绩效、社会绩效均有显著正向影响,且该影响都是以直接效应为主.%We made an empirical research based on the 292 samples to explore the relationship between TMT' s risk taking and fanner specialty cooperatives' operating performance. The conclusion was that TMT' s risk taking and the operating performance had a significant positive correlation, and TMT' s risk taking had a direct effect on the social performance and economic performance.
