紫藤花挥发油的提取与化学成分的研究

         

摘要

[Objective] To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil in Wisteria sinensis in Yan'an so as to lay foundation for its development. [Method] The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and ultrasound assisted steam distillation, then analyzed by Gas Chroma-tography-Mass Spectrometry, the relative contents of each component were determined by peak area normalization method. [ Result] A total of 38 compounds were identified, accounting for 77.79% of total volatile oil in Wisteria sinensis, the main chemical components were alcohols, alkenes, esters, alkanes and ketones. In all the chemical constituents of volatile oil separated from the Wisteria sinensis flowers grown in Yan'an, some were not reported before, such as (9Z)-1,1 -Dimethoxy-9-octadecene, (3-Methyl-oxiran-2-yl)-methanol, 10-Me-thylno-nade-cane, Benzoic-acid, 2-phenylethyl-ester, 6,10,14-Trimethyl-2-penta-dec-anone and 1,6-Octadien-3,7-dimethyl-3-ol, 3-Allyl-2-methoxy phenol. [ Conclusion] Geographical differences might lead to certain changes in the chemical constituents of plants.%[目的]研究延安产紫藤花挥发油化学成分,为其开发利用奠定基础.[方法]采用水蒸汽蒸馏法及超声协助水蒸汽蒸馏提取紫藤花挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱-数据系统分析法进行分析,用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各组分相对含量.[结果]共鉴定出38种化学成分,占紫藤花挥发油总量的77.79%,成分主要有醇类、烯类、酯类、烷类和酮类等多种化合物.陕西延安生长的紫藤花所含挥发油的成分中,检测到了未曾报道的(9Z)-1,1-二甲氧基-9-十八烯、2-(3-甲基-环氧乙基)-甲醇、10-甲基十九烷、苯甲酸-2-苯乙酯、6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮、沉香醇和3-烯丙基-2-甲氧基苯酚等化学成分.[结论]地理环境的差异,会导致植物所含的化学成分发生某些改变.
