[目的]对壮药北巴厘(Sauropus bonii Beille)进行性状和显微鉴别研究.[方法]采用生药知识对壮药北巴厘进行性状和显微鉴别.[结果]北巴厘根、茎、小技和叶组织含有大量草酸钙簇晶,茎、小枝、叶的维管束外围有中柱鞘纤维束间断环绕等特征.[结论]该研究可为壮药北巴厘质量标准的制定提供依据.%[Objective] The aim was to study characters of Sauropus bonii Beille and microscopic identification. [ Method] Morphological and microscopic identification were used to identify S. Bonii. [ Result] Many calcium oxalate cluster crystals were found in cells of roots, stems, branehlets and leaves, vascular bundle were discontinuous surround with pericycle fiber bundles. [Conclusion] The study can provide basis for the identification of S. Bonii.
