Land is the important productive materials in the rural economic development. Land pension is still the important form of the social security. With the economic development, the function of the land pension is gradually reducing. The reasons are the decrease of agriculture income and the increase of pension cost. In spite of (he weakening of land pension, land pension is still the important form of the social security in the period. We can take measures to increase support efforts of land pension, such as developing the rural economy, changing the way of the land use, improving land consistently system and so on.
