[Objective] The study aimed to conduct the factor analysis and comprehensive evaluation on main chemical components in the tobacco in Yunnan Province. [ Method] The main chemical components in 24 kinds of tobacco from 8 tobacco planting areas in Yunnan Province in 2009 were made for the factor analysis by the factor analysis method and the analysis results were compared with the evaluation score of tobacco sensory quality for further validation and comprehensive evaluation. [Result] SPSS software analysis showed that there was a significant or extremely significant correlation among different chemical components in the tobacco in Yunnan Province. 3 main factors were found through factor analysis, that was carbon nitrogen factor, combustion factor and starch factor and the cumulative contribution rate of 3 factors reached 89. 555% , in which, the cumulative contribution rate of the carbon nitrogen factor was as highest as 48.547% , showing that the carbon nitrogen compounds had the biggest influence on the chemical components in the flue-cured tobacco and the quality of flue-cured tobacco was decided by the coordination of carbon nitrogen compounds in the leaves of the flue-cured tobacco. The rank factor score of every sample was the same with the rank of smoking quality score. [ Conclusion] It was feasible to evaluate the chemical components in the tobacco by the factor a-nalysis method.%[目的]对云南烤烟主要化学成分进行因子分析和综合评价.[方法]应用因子分析对2009年云南省8个植烟县市所产24种烤烟的主要化学成分进行因子分析,并与烟叶的感官质量评价得分进行对比验证和综合评价.[结果] SPSS软件分析表明,云南烟叶多种化学成分之间存在显著或极显著的相关性.通过因子分析得出3个主因子即碳氮因子、燃烧性因子和淀粉因子,3个主因子的累计贡献率达到89.555%,其中碳氮因子对总变量方差的贡献率最高达到48.547%,说明碳氮化合物对烤烟化学成分的影响最大,烤烟的品质主要由烟叶中碳氮化合物的协调程度决定.各样品因子得分排名与感官评吸得分排名基本一致.[结论]用因子分析对烟叶化学成分进行评价是可行的.
