随着高效农业的发展以及淡水资源的日益匮乏,节水灌溉已成为实现农业可持续发展的重要举措.通过对冀西北张家口地区近几年节水灌溉现状的分析,找出存在的问题,总结该区发展节水灌溉的制约因素,并提出相应的发展对策.%As the development of highly efficient agriculture and the lack of fresh water resource day by day, water-saving irrigation has become a very important measure to realize agricultural persistent development. On the basis of the analysis of present situation of the water-saving irrigation in Zhangjiakou in Northwest Hebei, the paper gives the problems and the limiting factors of the water-saving irrigation, it also gives the development countermeasures.
