混凝气浮法处理高浓度苹果汁废水

         

摘要

[Objective] The research aimed to study the control of high concentration apple juice wastewater with method of coagulation-air flotation. [ Method]The high concentration apple juice wastewater taken from an apple juice factory in Sichuan Province was studied by the method of coagulation-air flotation. The removal effect of CODCr and SS was inspected by the quantity of PAC dosing .floating time and floating pressure. [ Result]The results showed that the best dosing quantity of coagulant PAC is 50 mg/L,the best time of air flotation is 20 min,the best pressure of air flotation is 4 kg/cm2. Under this control condition,the removal rate of CODCr and SS is about 49% and 65% , respectively, by monitoring the wastewater for 20 d. The further treatment load of juice wastewater was greatly reduced by coagulation-air flotation. [ Conclusion] This method has better treatment effect, low cost of building and operation, convenient management, which has good application value in concentrated juice wastewater treatment of juice industry.%[目的]研究混凝气浮法对高浓度苹果汁废水的处理效果.[方法]采用混凝气浮法对四川省某浓缩苹果汁厂的生产废水进行试验研究,考察PAC投加量、气浮时间和气浮压力对CODCr和SS去除效果的影响.[结果]混凝剂PAC的最佳投加量为50 mg/L,最佳气浮时间为20 min,最佳气浮压力为4 kg/cm2.在该控制条件下通过20d的运行监测,结果表明对CODCr和SS的去除率高,分别约为49%和65%,处理出水大大减轻了果汁废水的后续处理负荷.[结论]混凝气浮法具有处理效果好、造价和运行成本低、操作管理方便等优点,在果汁行业的浓缩果汁废水处理中具有很好的应用价值.
