[目的]设计并优化光源以克服环境因素对光谱数据的影响,精确获取作物冠层的光谱信息.[方法]通过构建光谱检测系统,利用均匀光照箱的人工光源为光谱采集提供稳定的检测环境;利用卤素灯和D65标准光源组成可见光-近红外光源系统.[结果]通过三因子二次回归正交试验得到了光源系统的光距、物距和直径的最优结构参数.[结论]光谱检测系统能够克服外界环境因素对检测的影响,实现对作物冠层光谱信息的有效采集和光谱特征的准确提取.%[Objective] The aim was to design and optimize light source, so as to overcome influence of environment factors to spectral data, and accurately obtain spectral data of crop canopy. [ Method] The artificial light in uniform light box was used to provide stable detection environment for spectral collection, the visible-near infrared light source system consists of the halogen lamp and D65 standard light source group. [ Result] The optimal structure parameters on the light distance, object distance and diameter of light source system, were obtained by the three factors quadratic regression orthogonal test. [ Conclusion] The spectrpscopic measuring system could overcome influence of environment factors to the detection, and realize the effective collection of canopy spectral information and the accurate extraction of spectral features.
