水资源不仅是基础性的自然资源,也是战略性的经济资源.目前,内蒙古自治区水资源量不足、时空分布不均、水污染水浪费严重、再生水回用设施薄弱等一系列问题已严重制约着很多地区的社会经济发展,影响了人民群众的健康和生存环境,己对内蒙古自治区可持续发展造成了巨大威胁.针对内蒙古水资源存在的主要问题,提出了水资源合理利用对策与保护措施,旨在为缓解水资源短缺和水资源危机的现状提供一定的借鉴和参考.%Water is not only the fundamental natural resources,but also the strategic economic resources. But a series of problems,such as insufficient water resources,uneven spatial and temporal distribution,serious water pollution and waste,and weak water recycling facilities and so on,have already seriously restricted local social and economic development,affected people's health and living environment,and posed great threats to the sustainable development of Inner Mongolia. According to the main problems of water resources in Inner Mongolia, some rational u-tilization countermeasures and protection measures are proposed, aiming to provide references for alleviating water shortage and crisis.
