两级DTRO工艺在小规模垃圾渗滤液处理中的应用及特点

         

摘要

[目的]介绍两级DTRO(碟管式反渗透)在小规模垃圾渗滤液处理项目中应用及优势.[方法]以小规模垃圾渗滤液处理(≤100 m3/d)为例,介绍了两级DTRO的工艺设计、工艺特点和影响因素.[结果]系统连续运行72 h后的进水量为120 m3/d,产水量为91m3/d,原水电导率为8 450 μs/cm,一级DTRO回收率为78.5%,二级DTRO回收率为88.5%,一级DTRO运行压力为2.3~2.7 MPa,二级DTRO运行压力为3.2 MPa,一级透过液电导率为459.3 μs/cm,二级透过液电导率为47.1μs/cm,运行功率42 kW,电耗为8.5 kW/t(原水).出水水质检测结果为pH =7.24 ~7.49,SS=10 ~ 14 mg/L,CODCr=5~ 10 mg/L,BOD5<2,TN =3.72~8.85 mg/L,TP =0.02 ~0.04 mg/L,NH3-N =3.20~7.96 mg/L,粪大肠杆菌<400个/L,色度为2.[结论]各运行参数达到或超过系统的设计能力,系统运行稳定,运行成本合理,出水水质满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》( GB16889-2008)的相关要求.%[Objective] The research aimed to introduce the application and advantages of two-stage DTRO (disc-tube reverse osmosis) in small-scale treatment of waste leachate. [ Method] With small-scale treatment of waste leachate ( ≤100 m3 /d) as an example, the technological design , characters and influencing factors of two-stage DTRO were introduced. [ Result] After the system was running for 72 h continuously, its water inflow was 120 m3/d, its water yield was 91 mVd, its conductivity of initial water was 8 450 μs/cm, the recoveries of its first and second DTRO were 78.5% and 88.5% resp. , its running pressure of first and second DTRO were 2.3 ~2.7 and 3.2 Mpa resp. , the conductivities of leachate of its first and second DTRO were 459. 3 and 47.1 μs/cm resp. And its running power and electric consume were 42 kW and 8.5 kW/t (initial water). The results of water quality monitoring on effluent were as follows: pH = 7. 24 ~ 7. 49, SS = 10 ~ 14 mg/L, C0DCr = 5 ~ 10 mg/L, BOD5 <2, TN=3.72 ~8.85 mg/L, TP = 0.02 ~0.04 mg/L, NH3-N =3.20~7.96 mg/L, Escherichia coli in egesta <400/L and chromaticity =2. [Conclusion] The running parameters reached or exceeded the designed capacity of system. The system running was stable and the running cost was reasonable and the quality of effluent met the relative requests of pollution-control standard for landfill site of life waste (GB16889-2008).
