[Objective] The research aimed to study the manufacturing technology of corn stalk particle board. [Method] With soybean protein-acrylate composite emulsion, veneers and corn stalk as materials, particle boards with different densities (0. 70, 0. 80 and 0. 85 g/cm ) were manufactured. Effects of different glue consumption on board properties were discussed. [ Result] Under the manufacturing parameters of glue consumption 14 % , board density 0. 80 g/cm3, the board mechanical properties were the best. [Conclusion] The paper provided a new way for the comprehensive utilization of corn stalk.%[目的]研究玉米秸秆碎料板的制造技术.[方法]以大豆蛋白-丙烯酸酯复合乳液、单板和玉米秸秆为材料,制作了0.70、0.80和0.85 g/cm3 3种密度的板材,探讨不同施胶量对板材性能的影响.[结果]当施胶量为14%,预设密度为0.80 g/cm3时,板材力学性能综合效果最好.[结论]该研究为玉米秸秆的综合利用提供了新的途径.
