外源水杨酸对低温胁迫下黑麦草种子萌发的影响

         

摘要

[Objective] To study the suitable concentration of exogenous salicylic acid (SA) for improving the ability of ryegrass seed germina-tion under low temperatures. [Method] Ryegrass seeds were soaked with different concentrations of SA at 0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 and 2.5 mmol/L for germination at 17 ℃ and seeds germination conditions were observed. [ Result ] Seeds germination ability increased with the increasing of exogenous concentrations of SA during 0-1.5 mmol/L,but it was prohibited with further increase of SA concentrations. The germination percentage , germination and germination index peaked at 1.5 mmol/L of SA and significantly higher than those at other concentrations of SA. [ Conclusion] Under low temperature stress, 1. 5 mmol/L of exogenous SA was the most suitable concentration for improving the germination ability of ryegrass seeds.%[目的]研究在低温下提高黑麦草(Lolium perenne)种子萌发能力的适宜外源水杨酸(SA)浓度.[方法]黑麦草种子用不同浓度(0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 mmol/L)的外源SA浸种,17℃低温环境下催芽,观察种子萌发情况.[结果]外源SA浓度在0~ 1.5 mmol/L时,随浓度的增加,种子的萌发能力越强.SA浓度超过1.5 mmol/L时,则抑制种子萌发.1.5 mmol/L外源SA浸种处理的黑麦草种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高,并且与其他浓度SA处理存在极显著差异.[结论]在低温下,1.5 mmol/L外源SA是提高黑麦草种子萌发能力的最适宜浓度.
