依据软件工程原理,采用原型开发法设计与实现县级土地利用规划实施评价系统.系统在需求分析的基础上进行系统设计思想、系统功能和数据库设计,运用MapBasic语言进行二次开发实现了系统设计的功能.通过青海省海西州土地利用规划实施评价,取得满意结果.该系统具有操作灵活、计算快速、可视化等特点,有推广价值.%According to theory of software engineering,the implementation evaluation system for county-level land use planning is designed and realized by prototyping method.The idea,functions and database of system were designed based on the analysis of demands; then the functions were realized by secondary development of MapBasic language,the implementation of land use planning in Haixi of Qinghai was evaluated,which achieved good results. The system operated quickly and calculated fast with visualization,therefore was worthy to spread.
