[Objective] The study aimed to supply a reference for bioremediation agricultural soil contaminated with phthalate acid esters (PAEs). [Method] The soil microbe population,microbial mass C and soil basic respiration were analyzed in PAEs contaminated soils amended with sterilized/unsterilized organic fertilizer in lab. [Result] The effects of DBP/DEHP at 50 mg/kg in soils on soil bacteria and fungi were observed , whereas the effects on actinomycetes weren' t presented. The depressive effects of DBP/DEHP on soil bacteria and fungi, microbial mass C and soil basic respiration were significantly weakened by sterilized/unsterilized organic fertilizer in soils. [Conclusion] The buffering capacity of agricultural soil for PAEs organic contaminant and soil bioremediation function for itself were enhanced by applying organic fertilizer to agricultural soil.%[目的]为酞酸酯污染农田土壤生物修复提供参考.[方法]采用室内培养,分析酞酸酯污染土壤以及加入灭菌与未灭菌处理有机肥的酞酸酯污染土壤中微生物数量、生物量碳以及土壤基础呼吸的变化特征.[结果]50 mg/kg土壤浓度的DBP与DEHP主要影响土壤细菌、真菌数量,但对放线菌数量几乎没有影响.无论添加灭菌还是未灭菌的有机肥,均能显著降低DBP与DEHP对土壤细菌、真菌以及微生物生物量碳与土壤基础呼吸的抑制效应.[结论]农田土壤有机肥的施用加强了土壤对酞酸酯有机污染物的缓冲能力,提高了土壤自身的生物修复功能.
