土壤和几种蔬菜中营养元素的相关性研究

         

摘要

[Objective]The research aimed to provide theory basis for the law of crop fertilization. [Method]The microwave digestion method was adopted to process vegetable samples and soil sample with ICP-AES method. The contents in selenium, phosphor, iron, copper, magnesium in different parts of the eggplant, tomatoes, pumpkin were determined. And the correlation of the contents of soil and vegetables were explored. [ Result]There were abundant nutrition elements in the soil of the experimental field and the order of the contents was Fe > Mg > P > Cu > Se. And the order in vegetable was Mg > Fe > P > Cu > Se. The change trend of P content differed in different organs. Vegetables had the accumulation effects on Mg and they had no accumulation on Cu. The content of Fe in vegetable was dncreased. [ Conclusion ] The vegetables had the selectivity to the absorption of nutrition element in soil.%[目的]为作物施肥规律提供理论依据.[方法]采用微波消解法处理蔬菜及其生长土壤试样,用ICP-AES法测定茄子、番茄、南瓜不同部位硒、磷、铁、铜、镁含量,探究土壤和蔬菜中营养元素含量的相关性.[结果]所测土壤中营养元素含量大小依次为Fe>Mg>P>Cu>Se,所测蔬菜中营养元素含量大小依次为Mg>Fe >P>Cu>Se.施肥后,蔬菜不同部位P含量变化趋势不同.所测蔬菜对Mg有富集作用,对Cu无富集作用.3种蔬菜对Fe的吸收较弱.[结论]蔬菜对土壤中元素吸收具有选择性.
