[目的]探讨钙缓解水稻幼苗铝毒的作用.[方法]以铝敏感的水稻品种“湘中籼2号”为试验材料,研究钙对铝胁迫下水稻幼苗根伸长、膜脂过氧化及抗氧化酶活性的影响.[结果]提高CaCl2浓度均可显著提高水稻幼苗根CAT、APX、SOD等抗氧化酶活性,减少MDA、O2-的生成,降低铝对水稻根伸长的抑制.[结论] CaCl2对水稻铝胁迫的拮抗作用明显.%[Objective] The amelioration effect of Ca in rice seedling under Al toxicity were investigated . [ Method ] An Al sensitive rice cultivar Xiangzhong xian No.2 was taken as the experimental material. Roots elongation,root cell lipid peroxidation productions and various antioxidative enzymes activity were detected with hydroponic experiment. [Result] Activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) increased while CaCl2 concentration was growing. On the other hand,the production of malonyaldehude (MDA) and O2 -which acted as the toxic factors were inhibited. So,the inhibition of rice root elongation under Al stress could be released by CaCl2 ,and exposure period also played important role. [ Conclusion ] CaCl2 could ameliorate Al toxicity in rice significantly.
