不同地区桔梗中总皂苷含量分析

         

摘要

[目的]分析比较不同地区生产的桔梗中总皂苷的含量.[方法]以桔梗皂苷为考察指标,采用超声水提法提取5个产地的桔梗中的总皂苷,并采用比色法测定其含量.[结果]5个产地的桔梗总皂苷得率大小顺序为安康>商洛>通化>安国>淄博;其中安康的桔梗总皂苷得率最高,为5.10%;淄博的总皂苷得率最低,为3.04%.5个产地桔梗待测液的纯度大小顺序为安国>商洛>通化>淄博>安康;其中安国的桔梗待测液纯度最高,为65.55%,安康的桔梗待测液纯度最低,为53.38%.[结论]不同地区生长的桔梗总皂苷的得率及纯度相差较大.%[ Objective] The aim was to compare the content of total platycodin in Platycodon grandi florum from different regions. [ Method] With platycodin as investigating index, total platycodin in P. grandi florum from 5 regions were obtained by using ultrasonic water extraction method, and the content was determined with colorimetry. [Result] The order of total platycodin yield was Ankang (5.10% ) > Shangluo > Anguo > Zibo(3.04% ),the purity order was Anguo (65.55%) > Shangluo > Tonghua > Zibo > Ankang(53. 38% ). [Conclusion] The yield and purity of total platycodin in P. grandi florum from different regions varies significantly.
