薄荷精油成分和含量的影响因素综述

         

摘要

The research progress on influencing factors of peppermint oil composition and content were reviewed from the following aspects: varieties, origin, climate and harvest time, different organs, cultivation condition, storage time and extraction method, etc. . The results showed that peppermint oil composition and content had obvious differences between interspecies and intraspecies; main chemical composition of peppermint oil not only related to its genetic background, but also to producing areas; for the same peppermint, different organs had different peppermint oil compositions and contents; the chemical composition of peppermint oil were affected by harvesting time greatly; and the latitude and meteorological factors of cultivated sites had certain effect on peppermint oil composition and content; and the following cultivated conditions also had certain effect on peppermint oil composition and content, such as fertilizing amount, fertilization methods, nitrogen source, mineral ion concentration, planting density and growth hormone and so on.%从薄荷的品种、产地、气候和采收时间、不同器官、栽培条件、贮藏时间以及精油提取方法等方面对影响薄荷精油成分因素的研究进展进行了综述.结果表明,薄荷属精油成分和含量种间种内差异明显;薄荷属资源精油中的主要化学成分不但与其遗传背景等有关,也与产地有关;同一种薄荷不同器官的精油成分和含量不同;薄荷精油的化学成分受采收时间等影响很大;栽培地的纬度和气象因子对薄荷精油成分和含量也有一定的影响;栽培条件如施肥量、施肥方式、氮源、矿质离子浓度、种植密度、生长激素等都对薄荷精油成分及其相对含量具有一定影响.
