A precise molecular crosstalk and signal exchange between the maternal and embryo during the embryo implantation period,which can make maternal and embryo coordination. A wide variety of steroid hormones, growth factors, cell factors and integrin, which derived from maternal and embryonic, played important roles in embryo implantation and pregnancy recognition.
