普通玉米与糯玉米籽粒灌浆特性比较研究

         

摘要

[目的]探讨普通玉米与糯玉米籽粒灌浆特性的差异.[方法]以3个糯玉米品种和1个普通玉米品种为试验材料,用Logistic方程拟合籽粒灌浆过程,分析一系列籽粒灌浆参数与授粉后天数的关系,比较普通玉米与糯玉米的籽粒灌浆特性. [结果]玉米鲜重与授粉后天数呈二次曲线关系,变化趋势因品种而异,成熟的糯玉米比普通玉米轻.干重随授粉后天数的增加呈"S"型曲线增长,符合自然生长模式y=k/(1+ea-bx).籽粒含水率随授粉后天数的增加均呈直线下降趋势,3个糯玉米品种比普通玉米灌浆中期籽粒含水率下降快.[结论]由方程参数、"S"型曲线以及灌浆速率曲线分析结果可以得出,与普通玉米相比,3个糯玉米品种具有籽粒灌浆持续时间短、籽粒干重快速增长持续时间短、最大灌浆速率小等特点.%[Objective]The study aimed to discuss the difference of grain filling characteristics between the normal maize and waxy maize. [Method]With 3 waxy maize varieties and a normal maize variety as the tested material, the Logistic equation was used to fit the grain filling process so as to analyze the relationship between the a series of filling parameters and days after pollination and compared the grain filling characteristics of normal maize and waxy maize. [Result]There was a quadratic curve relationship between the fresh weight of maize and days after pollination, and they varied with different cultivars. Fresh weight of waxy maize was lighter than that of normal maize at maturity stage. Dry weight of maize was increased and presented an "S-shaped" curve with the increase of days after pollination, which accorded to the natural growth mode of y=k/(1+ea-bx).Water content rate of kernel was decreased linearly with the increase of days after pollination, and that in waxy maize was decreased faster than that in normal maize at the mid-stage of grain filling. [Conclusion]The results of analysis on the equation parameters, "S-shaped" curve and the curve of grain filling rate showed that, compared with the normal maize, 3 waxy maize varieties was shorter in grain filling duration and rapid growth duration in dry weight of grain, and was small in the maximum grain filling rate.
