[Objective]The research aimed to provide references and breeding materials for the protection,development,application and new variety breeding of Paphiopedilum plants.[Method]24 species of Paphiopedilum plants such as P.armeniacum were introduced into Xingyi City of Guizhou Province and were used in the domestication cultivation experiments.[Result] 24 species of Paphiopedilum plants which were introduced growed regularly,and part of them growed very well,owned higher reproduction rates.P. armeniacumandP. micranthumhad higher differentiation and reproduction rates.When the vegetative points were damaged,the differentiation rates of them were multiplied.[Conclusion]This study laid foundations for the resource protection and application of Paphiopedilum plants.%[目的]为我国兜兰属植物的保护、开发应用和新品种选育提供参考依据和育种材料.[方法]引进杏黄兜兰(P.armeniacum)等24个兜兰属植物在贵州兴义进行驯化栽培试验.[结果]引进的24个兜兰属植物种均能正常生长,部分品种生长良好,繁殖率高.杏黄兜兰(P. armeniacum)、硬叶兜兰(P. micranthum)等分化繁殖率高,在植株生长点受损的情况下,分化率成倍增加.[结论]该研究为兜兰属植物资源保护和研究应用打下了一定基础.
