氮数基追比对不同品种小麦产量和面筋的影响

         

摘要

[Objective]The research aimed to provide scientific fertilization basis for large area production on different types of wheat. [Method]By using different levels of nitrogen fertilizer, the effect of nitrogen fertilizer quantity on yield and quality characters of strong gluten, middle gluten and weak gluten was analyzed. Three main wheat varieties planted in Anhui along Huaihe River area from 2007 to 2008 were selected and species and nitrogen fertilizer dressing ratio were studied to analyze effect on yield and quality. [Result]The results showed that yield of three species can be improved when nitrogen fertilizer dressing ratio was 7:3. The yield of Yannong 19, Wanmai 52 and Wanmai 48 were 7 837.35, 8 028.00,8 637.00 kg/hm2, respectively. However, the influence of different dressing ratio to different species wheat were different from each other. [Conclusion]To improve yield and quality of wheat should select suitable species based on local ecological condition with appropriate fertilization technique.%[目的]给不同类型小麦大面积生产提供科学的施肥依据.[方法]利用不同氮肥水平进行处理,分析氮肥施用量对强筋、中筋和弱筋3种类型品种产量以及品质性状的影响.于2007~2008年,选用安徽沿淮及江淮地区稻茬种植的3个小麦主推品种,对品种和氮数基追比2个因素进行试验研究,分析其对产量和品质的影响.[结果]氮数基追比在7:3时可以提高3个品种的产量,烟农19、皖麦52和皖麦48产量分别为7 837.35、8 028.00、8 637.00 kg/hm2.而不同基追比对不同品种小麦品质的影响则并不相同.[结论]提高小麦产量与品质应根据当地的生态条件选择合适的品种,配合适当的施肥技术.
