葡萄叶和果实中矿质元素含量的测定

         

摘要

[Objective]The research aimed to enhance the grape fruits output and improve the quality.[Method] The flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS) was used to detect contents of Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn in the leaf and fruit of the grape. Dynamic change rule of mineral elements demand was discussed in the grape form fruit to mature period.[Result] The grape leaf and the fruit had a mineral element demand peak in the mature period. And the peak of fruit synchronised or lagged behind that of leaf.[Conclusion] This research provided basis for the control of the leaf surface fertilization spray time and the adopt of the scientific cultural technique.%[目的]为了提高葡萄果品产量,改善品质.[方法] 采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,测定葡萄叶和果实Cu、Mn、Fe、Zn 矿质元素在生长发育期间含量的变化,探讨葡萄从坐果到成熟期各个时期对4种矿质元素需求的动态变化规律.[结果] 葡萄叶和果实在成熟期均有1个矿质元素需求的高峰期,且果实同步或滞后于叶.[结论] 该研究为控制喷洒叶面肥的时间、采取科学的栽培技术提供了参考依据.
