[目的]克隆银杏漆酶同源基因,为今后深入研究漆酶在银杏体内的功能提供基础.[方法]在提取银杏雄株叶片基因组DNA的基础上,利用PCR的方法克隆银杏漆酶同源基因片段.[结果]获得了一段基因序列,经对该基因片段的核苷酸序列分析表明,它与桃漆酶同源基因在结构上高度保守,相似性高达68%.[结论]成功克隆了银杏漆酶同源基因的部分序列.%[Objective]The research aimed to clone the homologous genes of laccase from Ginkgo biloba L. for further study on the function of laccase in Ginkgo biloba L. [Method]PCR method was used for cloning the homologous genes of laccase, after the genomic DNA was isolated from leaves of male plants of G. biloba. [Result]The obtained DNA sequence had a high homology (68%) with the homologous genes of laccase previously cloned in peach by homologous comparison. [Conclusion]Some DNA fragments of the homologous genes of laccase were successfully cloned.
