大兴安岭地区北极狐生产性能的相关研究

         

摘要

[目的]通过数量遗传学的方法寻求提高北极狐群的品质及生产性能的依据,为北极狐育种提供主要数据.[方法]利用Minitab软件和SPSS13.0软件对大兴安岭图强林业局北极狐生产性能的变异系数、回归系数、通径系数进行了统计和分析.[结果]大兴安岭地区北极狐体重的变异系数是21.64;体长的变异系数是50.58;腹围的变异系数是11.29.体重和体长的Pearson 相关系数为0.047;体重和腹围的Pearson相关系数达到了0.868 ;体长和腹围之间的Pearson 相关系数是0.028 ;皮张长和针毛长的 Pearson 相关系数为0.003.体长对体重的通径系数是0.023 1;腹围对体重的通径系数是 0.866 7;针毛长对皮张长的通径系数是 0.003 1.运用了SSPS13.0软件针对群体的生长性能进行多重比较,北极狐体重、体长、腹围、皮张长、针毛长等性状在各个群体之间差异显著(P<0.05).对北极狐生产性能的数据进行分析可得,体重和体长基本不相关的;体重和腹围是呈极显著正相关的;体长和腹围之间基本不相关.[结论]大兴安岭图强林业局的北极狐各个群体生产性能之间存在着显著差异.%[Objective]The study aimed to seek for the basis of increasing quality and production performance of Arctic fox by the method of quantitative genetics. [Method]Minitab and SPSS13.0 soft wares were used to made the statistics and analysis on the coefficients of variation, regress and pathway for Arctic fox from Tuqiang Forest Bureau in Daxinganling region and the multiple comparison and analysis were conducted for the production performance of 7 populations of the Arctic fox. [Result]The variation coefficient of body weight for Arctic fox in Daxinganling region was 21.64, that of the body length was 50.58, that of the abdominal circumference was 11.29. The Pearson correlative coefficients between the body weight and body length was 0.047, that between the body weight and abdominal circumference was 0.868, that between the body length and abdominal circumference was 0.028 and that between the skin length and guard hair length was 0.003. The pathway coefficient of body length vs body weight was 0.023 1, that of abdominal circumference vs body weight was 0.866 7 and that of skin length vs guard hair length was 0.003 1. The characteristic of Arctic fox such body weight, body length, abdominal circumference, skin length and guard hair length had significant difference among 7 populations of Arctic fox. [Conclusion]There was a significant difference on the production performance between populations of Arctic fox from Tuqiang Forest Bureau in Daxinganling region.
