集中低温和GA_3处理提前解除樱桃休眠的试验研究

         

摘要

[目的]探讨集中低温和GA_3处理对提前解除樱桃休眠的效果.[方法]以1年生的太和樱桃枝条为试验材料,研究集中低温处理的不同时间(100、200、300、400 h)和GA_3处理的不同浓度(0、50、100、200 mg/L)对太和樱桃枝条发芽率的影响.[结果]低温处理太和樱桃枝条100 h的发芽率与300、200和400 h低温处理的发芽率之间差异达显著水平,说明低温处理100 h的效果最佳,其与200 mg/L GA_3组配的发芽率高达99%.方差分析表明,不同的GA_3浓度与不同的低温处理时间对樱桃的发芽率均达显著性差异.多重比较得出,GA_3浓度的各处理与对照之间均达显著性差异,但各处理之间没有显著差异性.[结论]太和樱桃枝条的最佳低温处理时间是100 h;GA_3对提早解除樱桃休眠具有一定的促进作用.%[Objective] The study aimed to explore the effect on relieving in advance the cherry dormancy by centralized low-temperature and GA_3 treatments. [ Method ] With annual Taihe cherry branches as tested materials, the effects of centralized low-temperature treatment with different time (100, 200, 300, 400 h) and GA_3 treatment in different concn. (0, 50, 100, 200 mg/L) on germination rate of Taihe cherry branches were studied. [Result] The germination of low-temperature treatment for 100 h on Taihe cherry branches had significant difference with the germination of that of 300, 200 and 400 h, which indicated that low-temperature treatment for 100 h was in the best result, its germination was up to 99% as combining with 200 mg/L of gibberellin. The variance analysis showed that different gibberellin concn. and varied low-temperature treatment time all reached to significant difference on cherry germination. The multiple comparisons also indicated each gibberellin concn. treatment had obvious difference with control ones, but there was no evident difference among each treatment. [ Conclusion ] The best low-temperature treatment on Taihe cherry branches was 100 h, and gibberellin had a certain promotion function on releasing cherry from dormancy ahead of time.
