[Objective]The research aimed to optimize new sesame variety suitable for the ecological conditions of Anhui Province,and to study its matching technology.[Method]Taken male sterile sesame plants for female parents,Yuzhi No. 4 for male parents to carry out sexual hybridization,and the fertile individual in F_2 was chosen to optimize excellent individuals in following generations.Then Wanzhi No. 1 was selected out as high-yield new sesame variety.[Result]The results of new sesame variety regional test in Anhui Province showed that Wanzhi No. 1 was best among all 9 normal varieties,and its yield was 7.81% higher than the contrast,Yuzhi No. 4. Further more,Wanzhi No. 1 showed high-yield, high-quality and high-resistance,and the general traits were better than local main varieties,with 7.81%-59.70% yield higher than normal variety in the demonstration activities in Anhui Province and around provinces from 2007 to 2009.[Conclusion]This research had very important significance to accelerate the application of high-quality,high-yield new sesame variety.%[目的]优选适合安徽生态条件的芝麻新品种,研究其高产配套技术.[方法]以芝麻雄性不育材料为母本,豫芝4号为父本进行有性杂交,在F_2中选择优良可育株,通过逐代优选,系统选育出皖芝1号新品种.[结果]安徽省芝麻新品种区试结果表明,皖芝1号在9个参试的常规品种中居第1位,比对照豫芝4号增产7.81%.2007~2009年在安徽及周边省份示范推广,表现产量高、品质好、抗性较强,综合性状优于当地主栽品种,比一般品种产量提高7.81%~59.70%.[结论]该研究对于加快优质高产芝麻新品种推广应用具有十分重要的意义.
