新育三系恢复系主要经济性状分析

         

摘要

[Objective] The study was to provide the guidance for preparing new combination of three-line hybrid rice. [Method] With 10 new R-lines (R8027, R8145, R8379, R4815, R4831, R3098, 06R-5, 06R-11, 06R-46, 04R-6) and Minghui 63 (CK) as the materials, their main economic characters were compared. [Result] The grain number per spike and 1 000-seed weight of new R-lines were all higher than those of CK. Except 06R-46, the ear length of other new R-lines were all higher than that of CK, and ear length of R3098 was the longest, reaching 28.67 cm. Except 06R-11 and 04R-6, the grain number per spike of other new R-lines were all higher than that of CK. Except 06R-46, the seed setting rate and yield per plant of other new R-lines were all higher than those of CK. The effective panicle number per plant of new R-lines was less than that of CK. The results of correlation analysis showed that the main economic characters of the new R-lines had positive correlation with their yield per plant. [Conclusion] Grain number per spike, 1 000-seed weight and yield per plant of the new R-lines were obviously higher than those of CK.%[目的]为三系杂交稻新组合的配制提供指导.[方法]以10个新育成的恢复系(R8027、R8145、R8379、R4815、R4831、R3098、06R-5、06R-11、06R-46、04R-6)和明恢63(对照)为材料,对其主要经济性状进行了比较.[结果]新育恢复系的每穗实粒数和千粒重均超过对照;除06R-46外,其余恢复系的穗长均超过对照,R3098穗长最长,达28.67 cm;除06R-11、04R-6外,其余恢复系的穗粒数均超过对照;除06R-46外,其余恢复系的结实率和单株产量均高于对照;各新育恢复系的单株有效穗数均低于对照.相关分析结果表明,各恢复系主要经济性状与单株产量均呈正相关.[结论]新育恢复系的每穗实粒数、千粒重和单株产量明显高于对照.
