以盐城市为例,探讨了江苏农村宅基地流转问题.结果表明,江苏农村宅基地的流转问题已受到人们高度关注,应进一步加强农村宅基地流转机制保障的研究,谨慎建立健康的农村宅基地流转市场,保护农民利益,促进城乡一体化发展.%With Yancheng City as an example, rural house-based transition in Jiangsu Province was discussed. The results showed that people have paid much attention to the problem. The government should enhance the research of protecting rural house-based transition mechanism, build up a healthy market of rural house-based transition carefully, protect peasants' interests and promote urban-rural development.
