[Objective] The paper aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the application of magnetic treatment to the biotransformation using plant cultured-cells of C.chamlagu . [Method] styrene as a substrate, plant cultured-cells of C.chamlagu treated by magnetic as a biocatalyst, study on the biological effect of magnetic treatment on the biotransformation using plant cultured-cells of C.chamlagu .[Result] The results showed that the optimum magnetic treatment condition favorable for biotransformed styrene to acetophenone and phenylacetaldehyde using plant cultured-cells of C.chamlagu were treated by 6 mT/3 min, and the optimum magnetic treatment favorable for metabolism for plant cultured-cells of C.chamlagu treated by 25 m T/10 min.[Conclusion] Different magnetic condition treatment had different biological effects on the biotransformation using plant cultured-cells of C.chamlagu.%[目的]为磁处理在植物培养细胞的生物转化反应中的应用提供理论依据.[方法]以苯乙烯为底物,用磁处理后的锦鸡儿植物培养细胞做生物催化剂,研究磁处理对锦鸡儿植物培养细胞生物转化反应的生物学效应.[结果]研究发现有利于锦鸡儿细胞转化底物苯乙烯产生苯乙醛和苯乙酮的最佳磁处理条件是6 mT/3 min;有利于锦鸡儿细胞转化底物苯乙烯产生代谢产物的最佳磁处理条件是25 mT/10 min.[结论]不同磁处理条件对锦鸡儿植物培养细胞生物转化反应的生物学效应不同.
