[目的]研究壳寡糖对平菇菌丝生长速度和菌丝生长过程中纤维素酶活力的影响.[方法]以平菇4号菌种为供试菌种,在培养基中加入不同浓度的壳寡糖,测定平菇菌丝生长速度以及生长过程中菌丝纤维素酶活性.[结果]浓度为0.001 mg/g的壳寡糖可明显促进平菇菌丝的生长,对平菇菌丝生长过程中纤维素酶的活力具有明显的促进作用;浓度为0.1 mg/g的壳寡糖对平菇菌丝的生长具有一定的抑制作用,在一定程度上抑制了平菇纤维素酶的活力.[结论]壳寡糖对平菇菌丝生长以及纤维素酶活力具有明显的影响.%[Objective] The effect of chito-oligosaccharide on the Pleurotus ostreatus mycelial growth rate and the cellulase activity during the mycelia growth was studied. [Method] The Pleurotus ostreatus No.4 being taken as experimental material, the growth speed and activity of cellulase of it cultured in the medium added with the different concentrations of chito-oligosaccharide were tested. [Results] The result indicated that the chito-oligosaccharide in concentration of 0.001 mg/g could obviously promote the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus and had a remarkable promotion of the cellulase activity during its mycelia growth, and while the chito-oligosaccharide in concentration of 0.1mg/g led to a suppression of the growth and the cellulase activity to some degree. [Conclusion] The efficiency of chito-oligosaccharide on the mycelial growth and cellulase activity of Pleurotus ostreatus was significant.
