鸡法氏囊中B淋巴细胞的发育

         

摘要

[目的]研究不同生长阶段正常鸡法氏囊内B淋巴细胞的动态变化规律.[方法]以海兰白鸡的200枚种蛋为试验材料,利用免疫组化法研究了IgM、IgG和IgA 3种B淋巴细胞在法氏囊内的发育变化规律.[结果]在胚胎13日龄时,法氏囊内可检测到IgM~+和IgG~+2种B细胞,但IgM~+B细胞的数量显著高于IgG+B细胞,而IgA+B细胞在胚胎18日龄的法氏囊内才可检测到.随着日龄的增长,IgM~+、IgG~+、IgA~+ 3种B淋巴细胞整体变化呈上升趋势,并在21日龄时达到稳定.IgM~+、IgG~+、IgA~+ 3种B细胞分布部位相似,开始均出现在粘膜上皮内,随后分布在皮质中,而在成熟后主要分布在髓质中.[结论]在胚胎13日龄前,IgM+B细胞可能在法氏囊内已经出现;鸡出壳后初期,法氏囊的体液免疫功能迅速增强,并在21日龄时达到成熟水平.%[Objective] The study aimed to research the dynamic change law of B lymphocyte in chicken bursa of Fabricius from the normal chickens at different day-old. [Method] With 200 breed eggs of Hanlianbai chicken as the tested materials, the change law of development of IgM, IgG and IgA from B lymphocytes were studied in chicken bursa of Fabricius at different age-old by the immunohistochemistry method. [Result] IgM~+ and IgG~+ B cell could be detected out in the bursa of Fabricius on the 13 th embryonic day and the amount of IgM~+B cells was more than that of IgG~+B cells. IgA~+ B cell could be detected out only on the 18th embryonic day. With the increasing of days old, the number of 3 kinds of IgM~+, IgG~+, IgA~+ B lymphocyte presented the tendency to rise and was stable at 21 day-old. The distribution parts of IgM~+, IgG~+, IgA~+ B lymphocytes were similar: they first all appeared in the epithelium mucosae, gradually distributed in the cortex and mainly distributed in the medulla after maturation. [Conclusion] IgM~+B cell might appear in the bursa of Fabricius before the 13th embryonic day already. The humoral immune function of bursa of Fabricius in chicken was increased rapidly after hatching and reached the mature level at 21 day-old.
