为了探明环境pH对褐环粘盖牛肝菌 (Suillus luteus (L.:Fr.) Gray) 生长代谢的影响机理, 研究不同pH条件下液体培养褐环粘盖牛肝菌菌丝中蛋白质和核酸的含量变化, 结果显示:该菌在pH 3.0~6.0范围内, 随着pH的增加, 蛋白质及核酸的含量逐渐增加, 并在pH 6.0时达到最高值;在pH 6.0~8.0范围内, 蛋白质及核酸的含量迅速降低.蛋白质的含量和RNA、DNA的含量之间极显著相关, 相关系数分别达0.923和0.977, DNA和RNA的含量之间也极显著相关, 相关系数达0.927.该研究可为进一步探索褐环粘盖牛肝菌适应与调节环境pH机理方面提供依据.%In order to understand the effect of environmental pH on the growth and metabolism of Suillus luteus, the protein and nucleic acid content was measured in Suillus luteus cultured in liquid medium of different pH. The result showed that the contents of protein and nucleic acid gradually increased with the increase of pH in the range of pH 3.0 to 6.0, and reached the highest value at pH 6.0. The contents of protein and nucleic acid decreased rapidly with the increase of pH in the range of pH 6.0 to 8.0. There was an extremely significant correlationship between the content of protein with RNA and DNA, and the correlation coefficients were 0.923 and 0.977 respectively. There was also an extremely significant correlationship between DNA and RNA content (correlation coefficient was 0.927). This result would provide a scientific basis for further exploration in the aspect of adapting and regulating environmental pH.
