[目的]分析山东省小龙虾产业现状, 对未来小龙虾产业的长期发展提出建议.[方法]通过调查分析和搜集整理最新产业数据, 研究国内和省内小龙虾养殖产量变化趋势, 掌握小龙虾加工业、品牌与市场建设方面进展情况.[结果]小龙虾产量稳中有增, 市场销售火爆, 加工业与品牌建设也在发展中, 未来发展前景广阔.[结论]研究结果对省内小龙虾产业的长期发展有一定指导意义.%[Objective] To analyze the present situation of crawfish industry in Shandong Province, and offer suggestions for the long-term development of crawfish industry in the future. [Method] Based on the survey and collecting data, the statistical data about the change trend of breeding yield in recent years were studied, the development of crawfish processing industry, brand and market construction was grasped. [Result]The results showed that the output of crayfish has increased steadily and the market sales were booming. Processing industry and brand construction were also developed and the future development would be promising. [Conclusion] The research results have certain guiding significance for the long-term development of crawfish industry in the province.
